Parents who filled out the onboarding form at
join.getmerfi.com but haven't created an account in
the app yet — with the clinic code they used and which download
link they tapped. When someone creates an account with the same
email, they drop off this list and appear under Accounts.

Deactivating a device blocks OTA firmware and stops the app from connecting to it — use this to enforce hardware return when a pilot ends.

Each code is single-use. Share it with the person you're inviting; they enter it on the "Create an account" screen. A coordinator code also locks that person to the chosen clinic.
